We would like to remind you that the Parents’ Meeting for TERM A for Reception-Year 1 / Year 2/ Year 3 & HALF CLASS Year 4-5 will be held this Saturday, 8th of December 2018.
Please note that the Parents’ Meeting for the rest of the half Year 4-5, Year 6/PRE GCSE, GCSE & A Level will be held next Saturday, 15th of December 2018.
- If you find your scheduled time inconvenient, please send us an email to arrange for a different time closer to the date. Additionally, we would appreciate it to inform us if you cannot attend the meeting closer to the date.
- We would also appreciate it to be on time as it is very important for teachers and all parents not to wait long.
- All teachers have prepared a progress report for your child .
- The time limit for each parent at the Parent Teacher Meeting is about 10 minutes.
- It is therefore important to respect the time limit, as it can be irritating for other parents if the teacher’s time is monopolised by a couple of parents. If there is a lengthy issue to discuss we can schedule a later appointment.
- As you all know, our students’ safety is our main priority. Students will be supervised by Ms Eleni Maoudis (DBS Holder), Ms Anastasia Stavridou (DBS Holder), Ms Evi Xirofotou (DBS Holder) and Ms Eleni Tsilipira (DBS Holder) downstairs.
- Please, be aware that timeslots have been reserved for you!
